Because shipping costs vary wildly depending on the destination country, parcel weight, and how many records you’re grabbing. Rather than list inaccurate prices, we prefer to give you a quote that’s fair, accurate, and tailored to your order.

How do I get a shipping quote?

Easy! just fill out our International Shipping Request form, letting us know:

We’ll then get back to you with a tailored shipping price.

How long does it take to receive a quote?

We’re a tiny team and normally reply within 2-3 working days. If we’re rummaging through a particularly exciting box of something that’s just come in, it might take us just a touch longer, but we’ll always get back to you just as soon as we can.

Which postal services do you use?

We normally ship via Royal Mail International or tracked courier services, depending on what is available for your location. We’ll always choose the safest and most sensible option based on weight and destination.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Possibly yes, it all depends on your country’s customs rules. These charges are out of our hands, and are entirely your responsibility to do your research in relation to your country, should you choose to order from us, but we’ll always label parcels clearly and correctly to make the process as smooth as possible.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Do you mark down customs values?

Sorry, we can’t. All customs forms will show the correct value of the goods.

Delivery times vary by country, and we’ll provide tracking if your service includes it, but generally:
