Shipping and returns policy

Shipping (UK Mainland, Islands and NI)

We pack every order with the same care we’d give a first pressing, in sturdy, vinyl-specific mailers.

UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man - all our vinyl is shipped free of charge

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Despite the shop being open seven days a week, in terms of shipping, we are referring to Monday to Friday. Shipping to the Islands may take a little longer.

  • We use Royal Mail or a courier depending on the weight.

  • We provide a tracked service and request a signature on delivery.

Ireland (Republic of Ireland)

Shipping to the Republic of Ireland now counts as international shipping since Brexit.

That means:

  • Costs are higher and therefore we cannot offer free shipping

  • A customs form is needed

  • Local VAT or customs charges might be applied on delivery

We’re happy to quote shipping beforehand so there are no surprises. Please refer to our international customer information where you can request a quote.

Returns: we want you spinning records, not stressing about the paperwork.

If your record arrives damaged

  • Let us know ASAP preferably, but within 7 days

  • Send us photos of the damage, including packaging if necessary, and we’ll sort it ASAP.

  • Refunds will be in the form of your original payment method or shop credit.

  • If replacements aren’t available (which is fairly likely considering the music we sell), we’ll refund you once everything has been checked and confirmed.

If you change your mind, made a mistake or already own it

We love a good record haul as much as anyone, but we don’t offer returns if you simply change your mind, order the wrong thing, or realise you’ve already got the record tucked away somewhere in your mighty collection. Please double-check your wishlist, your shelves, and your nostalgia levels before hitting “buy.”

All purchases are final unless the item arrives damaged or not as described. If something’s genuinely wrong, we’ll sort it - no fuss, no drama. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights, including your legal right to return certain items under UK consumer law.

Missing or late parcels

If something goes walkabout:

  • Royal Mail considers a parcel “lost” in the UK after 10 working days.

  • Internationally, it’s usually 25 working days.

  • If it hits those limits, we’ll replace or refund you - no hassle. We cannot however, refund you prior to those timescales.
