Who are we?

We’re a small, independent record shop run by humans who love music and pack records with embarrassing levels of care.

When we say “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean the shop. When we say “you,” we mean you - the vinyl hound reading this.

Prices and product information

We do our best to keep everything accurate - photographs, descriptions and prices. We use generic album pictures for the initial display mock-up, but once you scroll past those, any additional images are of the version we are selling and exactly what you are purchasing - these images form part of the condition rating, so please refer to them before adding them to your basket. We tend to only add additional images if there is a significant difference between the mock-up and our copy. We are happy to provide more photographs if you need them, just use the “contact us about condition” form on the individual listing, and if in doubt, ask.

Occasionally, a typo slips through (usually before coffee), so if something looks wrong, please reach out, and we’ll sort it.

Prices may change from time to time, but whatever price you check out with is the one that sticks.

Orders and payments

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout - all of which are secure and handled by proper payment providers.

If we ever can’t fulfil an order (super rare, but stock gremlins exist, and on occasion the record might just sell in the shop at the same time youre thinking about whether or not you need it), we’ll refund you straight away and send our apologies.

Shipping

UK and Islands shipping is free. International and Republic of Ireland shipping is quoted individually by customer, because every parcel is different and we want to get you the fairest price possible. We will need your full address to quote correctly.

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, please use our international shipping request form, and we’ll let you know the shipping cost before you commit. Customs fees, import charges, or your country’s taxes aren’t included in anything we quote for and are your responsibility to check before purchasing from us.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or not as expected, get in touch ASAP, preferably, but within 7 days and we’ll sort a return, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

We do not accept returns for simply changing your mind on used vinyl, but if there’s a genuine issue, we’ll always try to help.

Digital and creative stuff

All photos, words and designs you see here or on our socials belong to us. Please don’t nick them or use them elsewhere without getting in touch with us first. We are usually happy to share the love, but not if you try to pass off our hard work as your own.

Play nice!

We reserve the right to refuse service if anyone behaves in a way that makes us feel like unplugging the turntable and going home.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we do, the updated version will be here, spinning happily at the bottom of the site.
